As part of the specialized practical training in Food Production for 4th Semester BHM students, Gateway College of Professional Studies organized an insightful field visit to 3 Star Foods Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of processed and value-added meat products in Nepal.
The visit was designed to enhance students’ understanding of charcuterie; the art of preparing and preserving meats such as sausages, salami, pâtés, smoked meats, and cured products. This hands-on exposure aligns with Gateway’s commitment to blending academic learning with real-world industry experience.
