Mr. Bijaya Shrestha is a dedicated hospitality professional, academic leader and culinary expert with a strong passion for excellence in hospitality education. He holds a Master’s in Hotel and Hospitality Management (MHHM) and a Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM).

Currently serving as the Head of Department- BHM, Senior Faculty and Executive Chef at Gateway College of Professional Studies. He combines academic expertise with practical industry knowledge to deliver quality education and professional training. He is committed to mentoring students, promoting practical learning and developing the skills, confidence and professionalism required to succeed in the global hospitality industry.

Through his leadership, culinary expertise and dedication to continuous improvement, Mr. Shrestha strives to inspire future hospitality professionals and contribute to the advancement of hospitality education.
